The higher, the better!

Our specialty is painting at extreme heights, heights were other industrial painting concerns fear to venture. We achieve this through the use of the correct rigging systems. These not only ensure our staff’s safety, but they also help to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

When it comes to industrial units, we often find that mostly the walls and ceiling are the first in need of painting. If you are operating on a tight budget, even just starting with these can transform your building almost immediately. Did you know a fresh coat of paint can help reflect light, creating a brighter environment to work in?

Our method

With over 25 years in the industry, our industrial painting methods are tried and trusted. We follow a meticulous process that guarantees the highest quality of workmanship as well as a finish that will last for years to come.

Surface preparation

We begin with surface preparation. Here we make sure that the walls, floors as well as ceilings are completely free of any contaminants that can interfere with the paint adhering to the surface once applied. To ensure we thoroughly remove these contaminants, we use a number of specialized tools and applications.

These include pressure washers, sandblasters as well as various degreasers and finally, paint strippers. Not all of these are used at the same time as we first assess the best way to prepare the surface properly. The floors of the area we are painting will need to be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Only then can it be covered with an appropriate floor cover that will protect the substrate underneath.

As preparation normally includes the use of various specialized tools, we have made sure we invested in these which ultimately cut down on your costs.

Our expertise and knowledge also help us to ensure we get the job done as quickly as possible, so as not to impact on your business. In this regards, we often use a spray painting technique to speed everything up, although one of our assessors will first come to your business to determine the right way to get the job done.
